We have a range of quality homes on our books and as these homes become available at the end of a tenancy we will regularly have homes that are looking for good tenants.

Tenants are expected to fulfill their responsibilities in accord with the provisions of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986. This includes keeping both the house and the grounds reasonably clean and tidy at all times and paying the rent on time when it is due.

Prospective tenants will be required to supply references to the Landlord during the process of applying for a property.
